Warehouse Dad with awesome after sales service

So i purchased an apple Magic Keyboard for my macbook and it arrived so crispy! Used it and connected it to my machine the following day. Was able to connect without any issues although i was shocked the touchid wasnt working. I did all the troubleshooting until i couldnt really make the touchid work. So i reached out and was assisted right away and even had to send the item back to them for the apple techs to check it out. Until after all the troubleshooting the tech did, we found out that the touchid feature wasnt compatible with my mac because it was an intel mac and the touchid only worked for m1 macs. So i ended up getting a feature i was so eager to get but wasnt compatible for my machine. It was all my fault for not reading compatibility notes on the website
