Customer Account Registration

Q: How do I create an account?

Create your account in under a minute!

  1. Go to Create an Account on our website;
  2. Enter your personal data and submit the form;
  3. We'll send a verification email to complete your registration.

 

Q: Help! I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

A:  Reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Your Password? option under the Log In box.  Fill in the email address you use to sign in and we will send you an email to reset your password!

 

Q: Can I place an order without making an account?

A:  You're welcome to shop on our website as a guest.  But bear in mind we might not be able to provide the utmost best service and product info without your pertinent contact information. A registered account will also be crucial for warranty purposes.

 

Ordering and Payment

Q: How to shop online?

  1. Click or tap on your preferred item. Read the product details carefully;
  2. Click or tap Add to Cart;
  3. Pls don’t forget to Read and Tap your agreement for the Terms and Conditions.  After which, you will be redirected to the Checkout page. Kindly enter your Complete Name, Complete Delivery Address and Mobile number;
  4. Click or tap Continue to Shipping. Check if your delivery address is accurate;
  5. Click continue to payment and choose how you want to pay;
  6. You will receive a confirmation email showing your order summary, reference number and delivery details.

 

Q: What are the accepted payment methods?

A:  You can pay via COD, Credit/Debit thru our secure payment gateway.  We also accept INSTALLMENTS for Metrobank Credit Card Users.  Installment and other Pay Later thru Atome, Billease, Unacash/Unapay and Tendopay are also available.  We also accept E-wallet payments from GCash, Paymaya, GrabPay, WeChat Pay.  Bank Deposit and Bank Transfers are also accepted.

  • COD is available
  • For Credit/Debit Card Payments – choose Payment using Credit/Debit Cards via our secure payment gateway
  • For Credit Card Installments Metrobank Credit Card
  • For Installments with Atome, TendoPay, UnaCash/UnaPay and Billease, kindly make sure you have registered an Account on their site/app. Once you get the approval for the installment, Atome, Tendopay, UnaCash/UnaPay or Billease will alert us and we will prepare your item/s for shipping
  • For E-wallets – GCash, Paymaya, GrabPay, WeChat Pay
  • For bank transfers & Bank Deposits, kindly send a screenshot of your bank transfer transaction thru email following the format:
    • Email Address – sales@warehousedad.com
    • Subject - Bank Transfer – Customer Name – Order Number
    • Attach screenshot of your bank transfer transaction

 

 

Q: Do you offer pay-later and installment plans for those with no credit cards?

A:  Yes!  We are now partnered up with Atome, TendoPay, UnaCash/UnaPay and Billease for Installment transactions or pay-later transactions.

 

Q: Can I use my Credit Card for Installment?

A:  Yes!  We are happy to announce that we now accept Metrobank Credit Card for Installment Payments via our super secure 2C2P Payment Gateway!

 

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A:  Kindly send an email to customerservice@warehousedad.com for any queries regarding the shipment of your order.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Q: Which areas can you deliver to?

A:  We deliver to 82 provinces serviceable by NinjaVan and/or GogoExpress

 

Q: How long is the delivery period?

A:  We process your orders (2pm cut off) same day, for courier pick up the following day.  For the delivery period it usually takes 2 to 3 days within Metro Manila, 4 to 5 days for South Luzon, Central Luzon, 5 to 7 days for the rest of the regions.

 

Q: Do you offer same day delivery?

A: Yes, we do. Order online before 2PM today and we'll deliver it on the same day!

Same Day Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday.   This service is available only to Metro Manila Addresses,

Price starts at P150.00 for same day delivery.

Q: What if I missed or failed to receive my order?

A: No need to worry. We will reschedule the delivery.

Take note that we will make a maximum of 2 attempts to deliver your order. The 2nd attempt will cost an additional shipping fee.

Warranty

We only sell authentic products from our most trusted brands. All items purchased in warehousedad.com come with a standard manufacturer warranty.  Each product’s warranty is detailed under each item listing.  Read carefully.

 

Q: How do I request for warranty?

A: Send us an email thru customerservice@warehousedad.com and state the complete details of your warranty concern.  Always keep the office receipt/delivery receipt for warranty purpose.  The following details will help fast track addressing your warranty concerns:

 

  1. Date of Purchase
  2. Copy of Original Receipt/Delivery Receipt
  3. Defect discovered – you may attach link to video or photo showing the said defect

 

 

Return, Refund and Exchange

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: If your order has not been packed or shipped, you may still cancel it. Send us an email with your order number at customerservice@warehousedad.com or contact us via messenger or viber (see contact us page)

Q: How can I return or exchange my order?

A: We only accept returned products for the reasons below:

  • Wrong delivered item
  • Defective item – provided there is no evidence of misuse or abuse of the product by the Customer 
  • Damaged item - provided there is no evidence of misuse or abuse of the product by the Customer

Q: What should I do if I received a damaged / defective / wrong item?

A: We're sorry for this issue. Please report the damage, defect or wrong item within 3 days upon delivery to our customer service team thru Messenger.  Also send a photo of the physical appearance of the product and packaging box to customerservice@warehousedad.com

Q: Some items are missing from my order.

A: Send us an e-mail with your order number at customerservice@warehousedad.com or pm us via Messenger.  Our customer service agent will look into it and have the missing item delivered at the earliest convenience.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Processing for refund details to remember:

  1. Payments made via Credit Card – We will request from the bank cancellation of your payment once reason for refund has been validated and approved. Bank reversals usually take 15 to 20 working days for the amount to be returned to your credit limit;
  2. Payments made via bank transfer and GCash – We will process refund as soon as reason for refund has been validated and approved and all other remedies has been exhausted.
