5. How to avail:
a. Go to www.warehousedad.com and browse through their wide array of products.
b. Select any product(s) you would like to purchase and add them to your cart.
c. Add the free item (TechLife R211 (TLPBNK07) 5000mAh) to your cart.
d. At checkout, complete the information needed for shipping.
e. Enter the promo code “MHEREONLINE” to redeem the offer before clicking “Continue to Shipping.”
f. Choose “2C2P” on the payment page.
g. Provide your card details in the secure payment gateway portal.
h. You will receive a payment acknowledgment via your registered email address.
6. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per table, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Cards.
7. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
8. 0% Installment Terms and Conditions:
a. To avail of the discount, Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card.
b. Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s aailable credit limit.
c. All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
d. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approal and only alid if monthly dues are paid in full.
e. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos, bundles or any special offers of “WAREHOUSEDAD” and Metrobank.
f. The terms of serice and other policies of “WAREHOUSEDAD” ebsite shall apply.
9. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
10. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
11. The use of the Metrobank Credit Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards.
12. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
13. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
15. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Warehousedad, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
16. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s aailment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
17. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
